Kuala Lumpur, 11 September 2006 - eBworx Berhad has on the 11th of September received a purchase order from EON Bank Berhad to implement a debt collection and recovery system using its Digital Collection and Recovery System (DCRS). With the system in place, the bank hopes to better manage and reduce its NPL rate by increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the collection and recovery process. The project is expected to be completed in 12 months.
