Malaysia, January 2004 - eBworx today announced that they will be implementing the Digital Credit Management System (DCMS) – Consumer Loan and Commercial Loan for the bank. The Consumer Loan module caters to the bank’s retail customers and covers facilities such as Housing Loan, Car Loan and General Loan. The Commercial Loan module caters to the bank’s corporate and SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) customers.
With features such as Sales Planner, Credit Memo, and Notification Box – the Commercial Loan module is a powerful tool for the Commercial Loans division to ensure that the corporate customers are serviced efficiently and effectively.
With the implementation of these additional modules, DCMS will cover the entire loan portfolio of the bank – serving the bank’s retail, SME as well as corporate customers.
This latest project is eBworx’s third with Bank Central Asia. The first was for the Digital Cash Management System implemented in March 2002 while the second one was DCMS – Credit Card which was successfully implemented last September.
