19 May 2004 - EBWORX Bhd, a homegrown regional financial solutions specialist, has strengthened its presence in Indonesia’s financial sector after winning a contract from PT Bank International.
“It is sort of a landmark for us as it is eBworx’s second largest contract to date.
“The largest contract was secured from a Malaysian bank,” said chief executive officer Tan Suan Fong in a statement yesterday.
The contract involves the licensing and implementation of the Digital Credit Management System, Digital Teller System and Digital Customer Information File System.
The project is expected to be completed in nine months.
Bank International is the fifth Indonesian bank that has chosen to use eBworx’s products.
The other four are PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, PT Bank Lippo, PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and PT Bank Permata. – Bernama
