Kuala Lumpur, August 2003 - eBworx has been awarded a contract to implement Digital Cash Management System for Bank Danamon of Indonesia.
The Digital Cash Management System is a web-based cash management system for the bank's corporate clients. It is a solution which brings significant benefit to both the bank and its customers. For the bank, it reduces customer dependence on its branch network for routine banking transactions, with the two-pronged goals of reducing service costs whilst increasing efficiency. For the bank's customer, it expedites the performance of routine banking activities such as payment, collection, trade finance, etc – thus culminating in vastly improved customer satisfaction and convenience.
With the implementation of the Cash Management solution, the bank will be able to better service its corporate customers and hence further enhance its customer service excellence.
The project is a joint effort between eBworx and its Indonesian partner, PT. Aprisma Indonesia. Implementation is already in full swing.
