eBworx to Implement Digital Credit Management System – Credit Card for Bank Central Asia

Kuala Lumpur, December 2002 - eBworx today announced that they will be implementing DCMS – Credit Card for Bank Central Asia (BCA). This module streamlines the credit card application process by automating the entire process. It handles new applications, card upgrades, card cancellations and credit limit adjustments. With automated process flows, human error is eliminated, which results in reduced rework. Moreover, with embedded credit evaluation rules which facilitate better credit screening, the bank is equipped to better manage its credit risk.

Customers will be pleased to find that approvals are quicker. They will be attended to efficiently and proficiently. Excellent customer service and improved risk management, coupled with reduced processing time and cost, position BCA favorably in terms of competitive advantage.

This is eBworx's second project in BCA. eBworx had earlier implemented its Digital Cash Management System for BCA, which is a web-based corporate solution designed to reduce its customers' dependence on the bank's branch network for routine banking transactions, and primarily caters to BCA's large corporate and SME customers.
